Steeltech Epoxy Pre-Prime is a two-component, VOC compliant, rust penetrating epoxy pre-primer designed for use over marginally prepared surfaces when a thorough cleaning is not possible. The life of the coating depends on the amount of loose rust., rust scale, and poorly adhering old paint existingon the substrate. It must be used with part B Activator, S5890. This system may be topcoated with the appropriate Pratt & Lambert product coating.
