Techgard HS Urethane Floor Coating is a high solids, aliphatic, single component, moisture cure, VOC compliant, moisture resistant industrial floor coating. It dries to a high gloss and chemical resistant film equivalent two a two-part urethane coating. It resists yellowing and has excellent impact, abrasion, alkalie, dilute acid, solvent and chemical resistance.

Techgard HS Urethane Floor Coating may be used as a floor coating in areas of incidental food contact in USDA inspected facilities. It meets ADA requirements for slip resistance for floors.
